I want you to know that for over 40 years, we have been dedicated to helping people like yourself lose weight. We have never changed our basic approach to weight loss since we started.

We have kept up to date by adding to the Program all the latest information science and medicine has to offer, but the basic structure of the Trim Program has remained consistent because the success of the thousands of people we have helped to lose weight has proven that the Trim Program is the most effective and complete weight control concept offered anywhere; and we don't intend to change something that works so well for so many just to say we have something new!

Our goal has remained the same since Trim began, to help you help yourself be a happier, healthier, more effective person, and if that is your goal as well, we know you can achieve weight loss success using the Trim Program.

The Trim Program came into being from my own personal struggle with weight. At my heaviest I weighed 225 pounds! I discovered the hard way that weight loss was just as connected with the way I thought about food and made food choices, as it was with what I ate. When I began to re-educate my eating habits as well as eat differently, I began to lose weight, and I have to tell you the day I reached my weight goal of 115 pounds was one of the most momentous occasions of my life!

If you have weight to lose I know you will benefit from what I discovered and from what I have been sharing with our successful "Students" for years. Trim does not recommend the use of supplements, powders, shakes, or pills. Trim teaches you to lose weight without weighing, measuring or calorie counting using regular food you buy where you always grocery shop. Because you lose weight using real food, and because attitude and habit change is a featured part of the Trim Program, maintaining your weight loss becomes an easy task. I have maintained my weight loss for over 40 years and you can be as successful as I have been.
