What's In Trim!

At the foundation of the Trim Weight Control Program is a complete & comprehensive set of copyrighted Program materials. Specific materials & Menu Plans used are dependent on each individual's needs. After you have reviewed the descriptions of the Program materials, we think you will realize that there is nothing else quite like the unique Trim approach.

Menu Plans

The particular Menu Plan followed is chosen specifically for each person's needs, but the basic format of all the Menu Plans is the same. Each Menu Plan will show a breakfast, lunch & dinner listing for each day of the week of everything to be eaten for the week. The foods on the menus will be representative of all the basic nutritional categories - fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy products, fish, meat & poultry; no weighing, measuring, or calorie counting is necessary. The 4 week Program will include 4 Menu Plans; the 6 week Program will include 6, and the 8 week Program includes 8 menus.

Easy to follow guide for those times when one wants to switch a food listed on a Menu Plan.

Recipe Cards

In addition to recipes included with most Menu Plans, each 4 & 6 week Program comes with 8 additional recipes; each 8 week Program comes with 16 additional recipe cards. The recipes have been kitchen tested & developed by Trim. You'll find delicious recipes for salads, vegetables, fish, meat & poultry, fruits, etc.

The heart of the attitude & habit change component of the Trim Weight Control Program. We have found that by becoming better informed it's much easier for habit change to occur. Each 4 week Program includes 4 Food For Thoughts; each 6 week Program includes 6 Food For Thoughts; each 8 week Program includes 8 Food For Thoughts.

Maintenance

From the very first time you start Trim, you also start to work towards Maintenance by focusing on re-training eating habits. The formal Trim Maintenance Program is offered once you reach your desired weight goal. Maintenance is a four step process; control for food choices is gradually returned to the individual as caloric intake is slowly increased; materials include a Food Value Handbook, Trim Menu Planners, and 4 booklets explaining Steps 1, 2, 3, & 4.
